| Comment: | He was the first family member with the name "Mönnich" which was later changed into Muennink. "Mönnich" means in old German "From/with the monks". His father "Christian Ameling" was the "monk's meyer" (meyer = mayor or administrator of a village or big farm))
In a church record, I'm told is found:

> of No 37 and Trina Elisabeth Leiweken. It seems that Johann Friedrich
